Real Estate Minor

The Real Estate minor provides students with a foundational understanding of the principles, practices, and economic forces that shape the real estate industry. Open to all business majors, the minor explores real estate finance, investment analysis, development, market analysis and transactions through an applied, interdisciplinary approach. Students gain practical exposure to residential and commercial real estate markets while developing analytical and professional skills that complement a wide range of majors and support career preparation in brokerage, development, investment, property and asset management, finance, appraisal and entrepreneurship.
