BIO 199L General Biology II Laboratory

Introduces core concepts in the diversity, structure, and function of organisms, emphasizing the integration of anatomy, physiology, behavior, ecology, and evolution across major prokaryotic and eukaryotic lineages. Laboratory investigations provide practical examples designed to develop practical, analytical and experimental skills, and to apply scientific reasoning. Lecture and lab reinforce understanding of how ecological and evolutionary principles act as central mechanisms driving biological diversity.
