This course is an introduction to quantitative decision-making techniques of management science and operations research. The main topics include Decision Analysis, Linear Optimization, Simulation, Inventory and Supply Chain models. Students will learn and implement the modeling techniques applied to business problems/decisions using data and spreadsheets.

This course is an introduction to technical and managerial implications of business forecasting analytics. Topics include, but are not limited to, moving-average, exponential smoothing, seasonal, trend, causal, time-series decomposition and ARIMA models. We illustrate all modeling techniques using a software to select the appropriate model for forecasting real-world business data.
