Organismal and Evolutionary Biology Concentration (B.A. or B.S.)
This concentration meets the requirements for a variety of career paths in organismal and evolutionary biology and secondary education, and graduate programs in these fields. Students must complete a minimum of six additional biology courses for the B.S. and eight additional courses for the B.A. (not including BIO 440, BIO 445, BIO 450, BIO 490 or BIO 495) to be determined in consultation with advisers. Students are required to complete a minimum of two courses each from Category II and III, as well as one course from Category I. Any upper division BIO courses above 204 or MAR courses above 200 may be used to fulfill the remaining elective requirements.
