Second Bachelor's Degree -- Post-Baccalaureate
Students may choose to earn a second bachelor’s degree after successfully earning a bachelor’s degree at The University of Tampa or at any regionally accredited college or university. At least 31-credit hours for the second degree and at least 15 credit hours specific to the major must be taken in residency at The University of Tampa. No credit earned prior to conferral of the first degree may be used to fulfill this residency requirement. All courses required for the chosen major must be completed. Courses taken during the first degree will generally not need to be repeated subject to age of credit restrictions discussed in the
Transfer Credit Evaluation section. Elective courses will be required if the remaining courses in the major do not equal at least 31 credits.
