UTAMPA 200 Digital Literacy: Critical Skills for Emerging Technologies
The course explores the evolving landscape of digital literacy through the lens of emerging technologies, computational thinking, and ethical decision-making. Students will develop foundational skills in data fluency, algorithmic awareness, and multimodal communication to apply iterative design processes to solve real-world problems. Students will evaluate the societal impacts of digital tools and assess technology adoption or abstention, through ethical analysis and reflection.
