PAM 711 Physician Assistant Competencies II: Integration
PA Competencies II: Integration advances competency development through complex clinical reasoning and applied decision-making during the clinical phase. Students complete rotation-based activities and required back-to-campus sessions that include lecture, skills labs, simulation, and OSCE or OSAT assessments. Content emphasizes integration of medical knowledge, communication, and professionalism and targets topics not fully represented in core SCPEs. Learning plans are adjusted to cohort needs identified through PACKRAT and other standardized assessments to support progression toward graduation-level competence and PANCE readiness.
