Third Party Provider Programs
The University of Tampa has affiliate agreements with approved program providers that offer benefits such as streamlined registration, additional scholarship opportunities, special orientation programs and tuition reductions in some cases. An education abroad staff member works with students to ensure that appropriate academic credit is awarded. Costs vary according to destination, length of stay and type of program. Participants are required to register with the Office of International Programs by applying and completing pre-departure instruction.
- The application deadline is Oct. 1 for Winter Intersession/January-term and Spring abroad programs. The International Academic Program Fee is due Nov. 15.
- The application deadline is March 1 for May Term, Summer, Fall and Academic Year programs. The International Academic Program Fee is due April 15.
For most programs you will be paying UT tuition and a housing fee. Program fees made directly to providers are due according to their schedules. Certain programs are eligible for UT students to utilize their UT institutional aid and other programs are not eligible for UT institutional aid, solely federal student aid. Please be sure to read the program descriptions carefully to understand which aid can and cannot be applied towards your study abroad program. All students will pay the $1,000 International Academic Program Fee regardless of the program provider.
