UTampa Faculty Led Programs Abroad

Faculty-Led Programs provide students with the opportunity to earn UTampa academic credit while participating in a global learning experience with UTampa faculty and fellow students. Programs are offered during January Term, Spring Term and Summer Term. 

Students enroll in a UTampa course that includes an international travel component. Depending on the program, the travel experience may range from one to six weeks. Academic credit is typically awarded during the same term as the associated course.
 
Students must register for both the UTampa course and the corresponding travel component in the appropriate term. Tuition rates will apply to January, Spring and Summer Term courses, as applicable, and each Faculty-Led Program includes a program fee that varies based on the destination, program duration, accommodations, and other program-related costs. 

Faculty-Led Program offerings and destinations vary each academic year. Students interested in participating must apply through the Office of International Programs and complete all required pre-departure requirements before departure.
