Undergraduate Degree Requirements
Students must complete a minimum of 124 credits including the appropriate general education requirements and all major requirements and electives. General education requirements at the University of Tampa include: the Baccalaureate Experience for students who started at UT prior to Fall 2023 and have maintained continuous enrollment; Spartan Studies for students who started, or returned, to UT beginning in Fall 2023 or later; the Honors Program curriculum for students that started in the Honors Program beginning in Fall 2021 or later; or BLS General Curriculum Distribution for students pursuing the Bachelor of Liberal Studies. Students that have received an Associate of Arts degree from a Florida System College have completed their general education requirements.
Students in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing must complete a minimum of 125 credits including the appropriate general education requirements and all major requirements and electives, as well as clinical hours.
