PAM 633 Clinical Medicine III

Clinical Medicine III develops medical decision-making skills through a body-systems approach. Medical knowledge includes epidemiology, etiology, pathophysiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, management, and patient education for conditions common to primary care. Instruction includes lecture, case-based learning, and small group activities across care settings and patient populations. Systems include Gastrointestinal Medicine --> and Neurology --> Obstetrics and Gynecology --> Psychiatry/Behavioral Medicine, with integration activities to reinforce system-based diagnosis and management. This course serves as the anchor for concurrent PAM didactic instruction, aligning system content across courses within the term.
